Dr. Debra T. Wiley is an educator and consultant, supporting a wide range of entities from college students, academic decision-makers, corporations, and religious institutions. Her work evolves out of her life experiences, formal education, and continued professional training.  As an electrifying educator, Dr. Wiley has enriched the lives of individuals through her role as an advocate, professor, researcher, professional development trainer, motivational speaker, and coach. She continues to passionately engage a servant leader social reconstructionist’s philosophy in exercising her voice and agency to pursue social justice and empowerment for marginalized individuals, particularly women and children, in both local and national arenas.
